All Pro Chem-Dry

Would never use anyone else again. Great customer service, nice guy who came. And not a pricey place… my carpet looks amazing and it’s not soaking wet like most companies leave it.. excellent job!

The two gentlemen that came were on time and courteous. They cleaned my stairs, basement, and one of my bedrooms and my office. The carpets look great and smell good. I will definitely use Chem-Dry again would highly recommend them.

Chem Dry came out to look at a series of red Gatorade stains on our carpet. They weren’t able to get the stain out; but, we did have them clean the remainder of the carpets in the house. They also didn’t charge us for the treatment of that room since it ultimately did not work. They were right on time. They also came to the house to review the job beforehand and provide a firm quote. They honored a 10% off coupon that I had seen online and gave us options for cleaning items like our area rugs. They cleaned carpets in a six bedroom house with a carpeted basement in about 6-7 hours. The best part is how the carpets were dry the next day so our kids could run around and play. The carpets look refreshed and they are so much more fluffy and plush than from just vacuuming. Andrew was our tech and he checked in numerous times as he went along, asking about focus areas and ensuring he got all the spaces we wanted. The team was very interested in doing a good job and customer satisfaction.

***RIP OFF*** I hired these guys to clean my leather sectional. Let me start by saying that the people that performed the service were nice but overall I wasn't pleased with the value of the service they provided at all. To be honest, I could've just purchased leather cleaner from Home Depot and done myself for 1/8th of the cost in a couple of hours on a Saturday for what they charged me. Is it cleaner, yes, but not as clean as I'd expect for what they are charging. First off, when they showed up they ended up quoting nearly 80% more than the quote they gave me, even though I gave them dimensions and pictures. They told me $600 and it ended up being $1,000 Second, although the people were nice, they didn't really clean up, they left water on my floor, thankfully I have polished concrete. Not a lot of water, but when you pay $1,000 to have a couch cleaned and it only takes two hours you'd expect them to at least mop up if they are using liquids. On top of that they didn't have the free cleaning solution they said they'd leave with me but told me if I called them and wanted to order some and pay for it that they'd give me two for one...I simply told them I wouldn't be purchasing anything more from them. I would not hire this company...if you have high expectations.

They were wonderful & efficient! My carpets look like they are new again. And the air is fresher smelling also. Highly recommend them. Thanks
